SUPPLY

Some products contain nuts, egg, milk and other allergens. Please refer to product packaging or detailed description on the product page for further information.

All contents have been fairly described and photographic props such as demonstrative foods, plates, glasses, cutlery and other utensils are not included unless stated.

The weights given are approximate only and packaging may vary from those shown.

Product labels may vary from those shown.

All items shown on our website are subject to availability.

The complimentary gift message service provided by Mubarak London is offered on a functional basis, optimised to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the message and any depiction of this service is purely illustrative.

The complimentary gift ribbon service is subject to availability and may vary according to season, and thus is not guaranteed.

The product images shown on the website are intended for presentation purposes only. Gifts and their contents are configured for safe and secure transit using the appropriate packaging methods, employed at Mubarak London discretion.

 

PRICING

Web prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs. In the event that an incorrect price is displayed on our website, Hampergifts reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price.  The customer will be notified by email and given the choice to proceed with the order. All transactions are processed by WorldPay and credit/debit card payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Maestro.

 

DELIVERY

Next Working Day Delivery

Please note that we DO NOT dispatch orders on the same day for you to receive your order the very next day. We receive your order and dispatch the next working day and you will receive it as per the next working day service:

We dispatch on Tuesday
Your order will be delivered on Wednesday

Please note that this is based on working days unless you have selected Saturday Delivery service.

Delivery outside the UK

We are currently trading in the UK however we are more than happy to look into shipping outside the UK. For any international orders we will advise accordingly, please email enquiries@mubaraklondon.com with which gift(s) you are interested in and we will send you the shipping cost.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes for delivery to a UK Mainland address you can choose your preferred delivery date* during checkout.

Unlike a lot of other companies we don’t charge extra for the named day service. But please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our direct control.

 

* For remote Scottish areas, Scottish Highlands, all UK Islands & Ireland please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery

All parcels are sent with a signed-for service. Delivery is charged per parcel as above – all prices are inclusive of VAT, and also include full insurance in the unlikely event of loss/damages.

 

LARGE ORDER DELIVERY DISCOUNTS?

Note: We may be able to offer discounted delivery charges for large orders delivered in bulk (E.g. 8 units or more).

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

 

ORDERING ERRORS

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details.

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product’s ordered.

 

PACKAGE NOT ACCEPTED BY RECIPIENT

All deliveries require a signature, so where possible please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel.

If the recipient is not home the driver will leave a calling card and either:

 

  • Leave the parcel with a neighbor.
  • Leave the parcel at the nearest local Post Office, where it can be collected during the next 14 days.
  • If either of the above options are not possible, the driver will attempt redelivery the next working day.

IMPORTANT:  Please ensure all address details (including house number and post code) are entered correctly.
Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will have to be charged for.

 

If the parcel is taken to a local post office but not collected by the addressee, then after 10 days it is returned to Mubarak London by the carrier who will charge Mubarak London a ‘return to sender’ fee, the same as the original delivery charge. Thereafter, the Purchaser will incur redelivery charges to resend the Goods. If the Purchaser wishes to cancel the order at this point, Mubarak London can refund the full value of the Goods only, minus any delivery charges incurred to date. The Purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and needs replacing (perishable items).

 

Deliveries to Businesses, Hospitals, Hotels & Universities

Before placing your order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carrier can only be responsible for delivering up to a goods-in or reception point, and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for parcels themselves. Once signed for, it will be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that the gift is passed on to the recipient in a timely manner.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods  except for the supply of goods made to the your specifications or clearly personalised or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly i.e. gifts with edible goods, drinks, biscuits, chutneys etc  as per 13(c) of the distance selling regulations and  products which have be opened or have date expired while in your possession. Mubarak London must be informed prior to you returning any items and  you must arrange for your own courier to return the goods. The goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition.

 

To return an item:

  1. Please contact us by email – returns@mubaraklondon.com – and let us know you would like to cancel and return your order.
  2. Please return the goods to the address below, and include a printout of your invoice or your order number.Mubarak London

  1. On receipt of the goods, we will refund the value of the order in full. You will receive an email confirming your refund within seven days of us receiving the return

 

 

CANCELLATION (if an order has yet to dispatch)

You can cancel an order up to 1 working day before the requested delivery date. After this we may have already dispatched your gift. If you have selected Next Working day delivery then we could have already processed your order so it isn’t always possible.

For orders over the Christmas period with delivery dates in December we will require a longer notice period of up to 10 working days.

If we receive notice of your cancellation later than the above, it may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, please notify our customer services team by email: enquiries@mubaraklondon.com and we will instruct you on the next steps.

 

 

DAMAGES 

In the unlikely event of damaged goods the Purchaser should contact Mubarak London within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. Customers are required to email returns@mubaraklondon.com and provide a picture and details of what the damage is.  Mubarak London will replace or refund the items concerned.

 

NON DELIVERY OF GOODS

Any claim for non-delivery of any Goods shall be notified in writing by the Customer to Mubarak London within 10 days of the intended delivery date. All Mubarak London deliveries are sign for services and will be investigated with the shipping company.

Regardless of how the order is communicated to Mubarak London (on-line, fax, e-mail, telephone-call etc.), it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order and delivery details are correct .

Mubarak London reserves the right to impose a surcharge retrospectively for any balance arising from the selection of an incorrect delivery zone, e.g. UK Mainland option selected for a Scottish Highlands or UK Offshore destination. If the customer is in any doubt as to the correct delivery option for their chosen destination then it is their responsibility to consult Mubarak London prior to placement of the order.

Our guarantee is limited to delivering to the building, not individual recipients.

Mubarak London do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other disruption in supply and deliveries brought about as a result of any of the following:

  • inaccurate or incomplete delivery address details;
  • delayed payment (cleared funds);
  • delayed order receipt.

Mubarak London reserve the right to charge the Customer an additional fee for carriage, handling charges or unusable content in the event of a failed delivery caused by the supply of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address by the Customer.

 

 

ORDERING

All goods remain the property of Mubarak London. until they have been paid for in full (cleared funds).

Orders are not accepted until the point of despatch.

Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.

No order which has been accepted by the Company may be cancelled by the Customer except with the agreement in writing of the Company and in terms that the Customer shall indemnify the Company in full against all loss (including loss of profit), cost (including the costs of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation.

 

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

While we always endeavour to keep photography and descriptions as accurate as possible, Hampergifts reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers for items of equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering. Hamper contents can vary slightly from the image displayed so please see the product descriptions for full listings. Glasses, decorations and other props shown in photographs are not included in the gift unless specifically listed.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement caused by factors outside its control.

 

 

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by English law.
