We’ve upgraded this hamper and changed the Coffee to include Roastworks Ethiopian coffee is no ordinary everyday coffee. A very unique coffee thanks to the natural processing method this coffee is bursting with notes of blueberry, apricot jam and florals. A real game-changer. The farm where the coffee comes from is privately owned by Ato Esmael and his family. The natural process at Kayon involves meticulous cherry selection and hand sorting prior to drying. Drying is done on raised beds for between 14 and 28 days, depending on the weather. The coffee is turned regularly during this time to ensure it remains free of mould and over-fermentation.
