We’ve upgraded this hamper and included some real treats in here this year; Ethiopian coffee like no other, a very unique coffee thanks to the natural processing method this coffee is bursting with notes of blueberry, apricot jam and florals. A real game-changer.
The farm where the coffee comes from is privately owned by Ato Esmael and his family. The natural process at Kayon involves meticulous cherry selection and hand sorting prior to drying.
Drying is done on raised beds for between 14 and 28 days, depending on the weather. The coffee is turned regularly during this time to ensure it remains free of mould and over-fermentation.
Accompanied are some tasteful and premium treats such as our Beautiful Baklava and Coffee Dusted Hazelnuts. However if you need some old fashioned dunking action with your coffee then our crumbly All butter Caramel and Sea Salt biscuits will hit the spot.
