Below is some information about our delivery services and what we offer – if anything is unclear please do contact us and we will try and help. 

We deliver worldwide however all International orders are dealt with personally by our team and if you are keen to have a Mubarak London gift delivered to another part of the world we can gladly look into this and get back to you with rates followed by an invoice and secure payment link to pay – please email us at enquiries@mubaraklondon.com

 

How much is delivery?

 For remote Scottish areas, Scottish Highlands, all UK Islands & Ireland please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery from your expected date.

UK Mainland delivery options

Standard Delivery 3 – 5 working days -£2.99 (non guaranteed service and delays can occur)

48 Hour Delivery – £5.99
(orders placed by 10am on a working day)

Next Working Day Delivery – £8.99
(Orders placed Monday – Friday by 10am deliveries will be made the next working day by 5.30pm)

Next Day Saturday delivery  – £21.99
(Orders placed by 10am on a Friday will be made by  12.00pm on a Saturday)

 

PLEASE NOTE: We dispatch all Next Day delivery orders on the day the order is placed (if placed by 10am) therefore any delays to your orders can be due to unforeseen circumstances from the courier. We will try our best to keep you informed in advance of such delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL Deliveries:

Deliveries to Europe differ by country and dependant on which collection you go for as the weight of each collection varies. Therefore please email us and we will respond to you with your quote within 24 hours to enquiries@mubaraklondon.com

 

Offshore Delivery 

The below regions are a flat rate of £12.99 and a 48 hour service:

Northern Ireland
Scilly, Scottish and Channel Isles
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight

 

All Mubarak London gifts are shipped individually in their own secure postal cartons, If you order more than one collection then we will try to include it in a larger carton – all prices are inclusive of VAT.

Note: We may be able to offer discounted delivery charges for large orders delivered in bulk (E.g. 5 units or more).

Deliveries to Businesses, Hospitals, Hotels & Universities g

Before placing your order please contact the establishment to check their delivery policy. Our carrier can only be responsible for delivering up to a goods-in or reception point, and it may not be possible for the recipient to sign for parcels themselves. Once signed for, it will be the responsibility of the establishment to ensure that the gift is passed on to the recipient in a timely manner.

 

What if the recipient is not home?

All deliveries require a signature, so where possible please choose an address where someone can sign for the parcel. If the recipient is not home the driver will post a calling-card and leave details about how you can receive your parcel – just check the calling card for details.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure all address details (including house number and post code) are entered correctly.
Any delivery problems and redirections arising from incorrect address information will have to be charged for.

 

Damages 

In the unlikely event of damaged goods the Purchaser should contact Mubarak London within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. Customers are required to email enquiries@mubaraklondon.com and provide a picture and details of what the damage is.  Mubarak London will replace or refund the items concerned.
